Chapman Services provided technical oversight, management, training, and treatment train design, installation, operation and maintenance for a treatment process used to remove TPH, PCBs and solvents from soil and sludge at Shell bulk storage terminal on Bonny Island, Nigeria.  Over a 2 1/4 year period, the Direct fired TDU processed 35 tons/hour of waste material through the treatment train. Special modifications were made in the field to accommodate PCBs and solvents which were discovered in the process materials. The project was the first of its kind in Nigeria.
